Information you provide

Project forms collect your name, business email, company or project name, country, service needs and project context. Optional information includes a website and referral source. Call requests also collect a preferred date, time and time zone. Do not send passwords or confidential third-party information.

How we use it

We use your information to assess and respond to your request, plan an engagement and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Campaign attribution may accompany your inquiry so we can understand how people find the service.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a private database on the site’s hosting infrastructure. Authorized people may review them and export them for inquiry management. If email notification is enabled, the email provider processes the submitted contact and project details to deliver them to Forthline’s inbox. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell inquiry information.

Scheduling

When an external Calendly scheduler is available, it loads only after you choose to open it. Calendly then handles scheduling information under its own privacy terms. A built-in call request is stored with your inquiry and does not confirm an appointment.

Optional analytics

If analytics is enabled, we ask before loading it. Events may include page paths, service interest, selected country, project stage and sanitized campaign labels. Names, emails and free-text project details are not included. You can change optional analytics preferences using the control at the bottom of the site when it is enabled.

Essential technical information

The hosting platform may process connection and security logs. Form protection uses a temporary hash of your connection address and an hourly window to limit abuse. The application does not store the raw address in your inquiry.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while needed to respond, manage a prospective or active engagement, or meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you supplied. We will consider the request in light of any continuing contractual or legal requirements.
