Information you provide

Project forms require your name, email, service selection, project context and permission to respond. Company or project name, country, website, project stage, desired outcome, budget, timing and referral source are optional. The form also includes your browser’s time zone. Call requests additionally collect a preferred date and time. Do not send passwords or confidential third-party information.

How we use it

We use your information to assess and respond to your request, plan an engagement and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Campaign attribution may accompany your inquiry so we can understand how people find the service.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a private database on the site’s hosting infrastructure. Authorized people may review them and export them for inquiry management. If email notification is enabled, the email provider receives a notification reference, not the full inquiry. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell inquiry information.

Scheduling

The Calendly scheduler loads only after you choose to open it. Calendly then handles scheduling information under its own privacy terms. A built-in call request is stored with your inquiry and does not confirm an appointment.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, or if you decline, this integration does not load Google Analytics or send it events. Your choice is stored in your browser. After consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and sessions and processes browser and device information, connection information and activity on this site. Our events include page views, selected interactions, successfully saved enquiries and confirmed bookings in the embedded scheduler. Enquiry events may include your selected service, country code, project stage and budget range; we do not send your name, email, project message, enquiry reference or appointment details. Our integration disables Google signals and ad personalization.

Your analytics choices

You can reopen Analytics preferences and choose Decline to stop further analytics collection. This also updates other open tabs for this site in the same browser when browser storage is available. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by Google or delete existing analytics cookies. You can remove cookies and stored preferences using your browser settings. If your browser cannot save a choice, we show a message; a choice made on one browser or device does not change another.

Analytics URLs and campaign information

Page URLs sent by our integration exclude query strings and fragments. Referring pages are reduced to their website origin, without their path, query or fragment. Only reviewed, non-personal campaign labels can be included in analytics events. Please do not put personal or confidential information in campaign links.

Enquiry attribution

Separately from optional analytics, we use session storage to retain filtered campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname as you browse. These labels may accompany an enquiry and may be passed to Calendly when you load the scheduler. We do not populate these labels from your name, email or project message. Filtering limits the characters accepted; it cannot identify every kind of personal information, so please do not include personal information in campaign links.

Essential technical information

The hosting platform may process connection and security logs. Form protection uses a temporary hash of your connection address and an hourly window to limit abuse. The application does not store the raw address in your inquiry.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while needed to respond, manage a prospective or active engagement, or meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you supplied. We will consider the request in light of any continuing contractual or legal requirements.
